Diaz Nesamoney | Founder, President & CEO

Diaz Nesamoney founder of Jivox has had two prior successful ventures. Before founding Jivox, he founded Celequest, raised over $20M in venture capital, and served as its CEO until early 2007, when the company was acquired by Cognos Corporation. Celequest introduced the market's first BI appliance, a disruptive innovation that led to its acquisition by Cognos. He was previously co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer at Informatica (NASDAQ:INFA), which he took from a startup to a publicly traded company in 1999 with a market capitalization of over a billion dollars. Informatica pioneered data integration software as a category and is now the market leader with over $400M in revenue. Diaz is a board member of the American India Foundation, a leading international development organization charged with the mission of accelerating social and economic change in India. Naren Nachiappan | Managing Director, Jivox India

Naren Nachiappan comes to Jivox from Wind River (NASDAQ:WIND), where as Vice President and General Manager, he was a part of the executive team responsible for reigniting growth and adding over $100 million to the top line in three years. Naren was directly responsible for taking the Device Management business from a concept to a multimillion-dollar revenue rate in under 9 quarters. At Wind River, Naren established the company's first product development team in Bangalore, India, with a zero percent attrition rate through his three-year tenure. Earlier in his career, as CEO of Proceler and as Senior VP at VenturCom (acquired by Citrix), he was responsible for pioneering several industry innovations such as "the first support for automated application acceleration using hybrid SoCs" which resulted in Proceler's nomination for the 2001 MPR Analysts choice award, and the first flight-essential certified UNIX for avionics applications on the Boeing 777. Naren graduated cum laude from Harvard University and holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
Keith Tomatore | Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development

Keith Tomatore is a veteran in the worlds of advertising; product planning, strategic account management and sales force management. Keith comes to Jivox from Lotame Solutions. He served Lotame as VP of Sales where he built, led and managed a national sales team that met and exceeded quarterly and yearly goals. Prior to Lotame, Keith served as VP of Sales Development at Washington Post Newsweek Interactive (WPNI). He was responsible for ad innovations, sales development, strategic planning, pricing and positioning for advertisements sold in conjunction with WPNI properties across interactive platforms. He was a key driver in taking WPNI to profitability and in outpacing the industry in revenue generation. Prior to his sales development role, Keith also served WPNI as VP of Operations. In this position he set priorities for the entire company as well as building the organization to scale from a start-up formed in 1996 to a $110M business. Keith holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from American University.
Parth Chandra | Chief Architect

Parth has over 14 years of experience in the software industry in the field of Data Integration and Business Intelligence. Parth has worked most recently at Insights On-Demand, where he was the Chief Architect. Before Insights, he worked at Informatica (NASDAQ:INFA) as a Sr. Software Architect where he was part of the founding team that was responsible for software design and development of their market leading Data Integration products. Prior to Informatica he held software engineering positions at Citicorp Software and Neuron Data where he designed and implemented large scale financial transaction systems and cross platform development environments. Parth holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta.
Dinker Charak | Director, Application Engineering & Partnership

Dinker Charak comes to Jivox from Wind River (NASDAQ:WIND), where he lead a globally distributed team of engineers that added support for a new OS to Wind River's Device Management product line and managed technical relationship with a pivotal customer. In his present role at Jivox, he manages technical and business relations with partners. Earlier in his career he worked at Fermilab, a US DoE lab that conducts basic research into particle physics using the 5-mile circumferenced particle accelerator called Tevatron. At Fermilab, Dinker worked on Control Systems for Tevatron and Data Aquisition for CDF, DZero and Sloan Digital Sky Survey. Through US-CMS, he has also contributed towards LHC at CERN. Prior to that, Dinker did some consulting work at Foxboro/Invensys. Dinker has done Master in Computer Application from International Institute of Professional Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore, India.
Vijayachandran Mariappan | Head, Video Technology

Vijayachandran Mariappan has a decade of experience in multimedia domain for consumer electronics industry. In his present role at Jivox, he manages the technical team in Bangalore and also leads the efforts in optimizing the Jivox ad delivery network using advanced compression algorithms. Prior to Jivox, Vijayachandran played a key role in building the DSP team for the successful consumer embedded multimedia venture, Slingmedia, a pioneer in place shifting technology that was later acquired by echo Star Technologies. He is a joint patent holder of the Slingmedia's Emmy award-winning SlingBox Personal broadcaster. Prior to that, Vijayachandran was involved in research, design, development and implementation of audio codecs and algorithms on several media architectures at Emuzed, that pioneered mobile media IPs and solutions and was later acquired by Flextronics. Vijayachandran has over 5 technical papers published in various international conferences to his credit. Vijayachandran holds a Masters of Engineering in Signal Processing from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India and a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from college of engineering, Anna University, Chennai, India.
Kshitiz Randhir Shori | Director, Asia Pacific Sales

Kshitiz has over 11 years of work experience in the Internet industry and is a veteran in the field of online media sales, media planning and marketing. In his present role at Jivox, he heads Sales in Asia-Pacific and currently focusing on Sales operations in India. Prior to joining Jivox, Kshitiz worked with Hughes Communications India(subsidiary of Hughes Network Systems, US), a premier network service provider offering a mix of satellite and terrestrial media solutions; here he was solely responsible for conceiving, planning, development and strategising of all online activities for promoting Hughes Net Global Education in India. Kshitiz holds a post graduate diploma in business management with specialisation in sales and marketing from Wigan and Leigh College, UK.

Ken Elefant | General Partner, Opus Capital

Ken is a founding partner of Opus Capital focusing primarily on internet and software investments. Ken serves on the board of Spock Networks, Pudding Media, Jivox, iWidgets and TrustedID and was involved with several prior investments including Virsa Systems (NYSE: SAP) and Riverbed Technology (Nasdaq: RVBD). Previously, Ken was a Senior Associate at Lightspeed Venture Partners. Prior to this, Ken was a Senior Associate and Kauffman Fellow at Battery Ventures. Ken brings strong operating experience to Opus. Previously, he worked at Radius Inc. as Director of International Sales and Marketing when the revolutionary Radius Pivot Monitor was the hot seller in Japan. His role at Radius included serving as a member of the executive staff and opening the company's first sales and marketing office in the Benelux region of Europe. He has also held various marketing and business development positions at Claris Corporation (the software subsidiary of Apple Computer) and Real Networks. While at Claris, Ken devised the compensation plan for the U.S. sales force that helped move the company from being a Macintosh-only company to being a cross-platform company. Ken holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton undergraduate division at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ashish Gupta | General Partner, Helion Venture Partners

Ashish is a co-founder of Helion and serves on the boards of Anantara, Jigrahak Mobility, Kirusa, Komli, MuSigma, Naukri, and Virtual Synaptics. He has invested in over 35 companies in the US and in India. His investments include Daksh (IBM), Odesk, Obongo (AOL), Speedera (Akamai), Make My Trip, Merittrac, and Kaboodle (Hearst). Ashish co-founded and helped grow two successful companies; Tavant Technologies and Junglee (Amazon.com) that pioneered comparison shopping on the internet. Ashish has worked at Woodside Fund, Amazon.com, Oracle Corporation, and IBM Research. He has to his credit several patents, international publications, and a book by MIT press. He is a Kauffman fellow, the world's leading venture education program. He also holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree from IIT Kanpur, where he was awarded the President's Gold medal.
